Community Passageways

Community Passageways is a Seattle based nonprofit focused on achieving zero youth incarceration. With a mission centered on reaching the community with youth at the center, we’ve worked with Community Passageways since their inception back in 2016.

Madrona Bureau oversaw a full rebrand of the organization in 2018. Community Passageway’s brand identity was designed through the lens of both pop culture and social justice. The result helped reshape the way that CP saw themselves as an organization and their mission, while emboldening their community of youth, mentors, and activists to continue their urgent work. Five years into their work as a collective, the organization has grown from a team of three to over 80 employees and dozens of volunteers. They are leading justice and gun reform not only in Seattle, but nation-wide. We are proud to partner with Community Passageways.

Today, we continue to work with Community Passageways overseeing their communications and marketing. We also direct and produce all of their documentary work.
